What is included in my package?

Depending on the package you chose. Everything you see listed in the package you chose is included, we bring all the pampering equipment, candy for the candy buffet, tables chairs or picnic furniture, and all linen. Everything you see listed on the package you chose, we bring everything. All you will need is to supply us with space to set up the party, and access to hot water, cake, and food. There is no need to buy more candy as we bring a lot.

 

How do I book my party?

Once you have decided what package you want then you can click on "Get a Quote" or go to the contact page, complete the form, and submit. We will then receive your query and send you a quote. Please note that we do not do quotes via WhatsApp, all queries must be sent via the contact page. If you have any further questions then you can call or WhatsApp us.

 

 

How do I secure my booking/Deposit & Payments?

A 50% deposit is required to secure a date. Until deposit payment is received your booking will only be considered a preliminary booking and the date in question remains available for another party to book. If you do not make a deposit payment immediately upon receiving your quotation then please contact me before making a deposit payment to make sure that your date is still available.  We will confirm the final number of guests 7 working days before the event date. The final balance must be reflected in our account 5 working days before the party date.

 

What if I want to book last minute?

Bookings within 7 working days of the event date must be paid immediately and in full and reflected in our account immediately. 

 

When do I have to confirm the final numbers?

We will send you a final arrangement message 7 working days before your party date via WhatsApp, you will then have the opportunity to inform us of the final amount of guests including the birthday girl, the theme may not be changed at this point, once you have confirmed all the final details we will send you the final invoice for payment. No changes will be accepted after final arrangements have been confirmed. Should more guests pitch up on the day after the final guests have been confirmed then you will need to pay extra for the extra guests. Pamperlicious will take no responsibility for the short equipment supplied, and extra guests will still be charged by Pamperlicious.

 

 

Do you come out for a site visit?

Please note that we charge a site visit fee of R 350. Site visits are not necessary for small groups of kids.

 

What time will you arrive to do the setup?

For parties without balloon decor, we need an hour to do the setup so we will be there an hour before your selected start time to do the setup. For parties with balloon decor, we will be there 1.5 hours before the start time.

 

How many therapists do you send?

There will always be a minimum of 2 therapists & 1 extra for every 6 kids if it is more than 12 kids which is included in the package price. 

 

How long does the party last?

This depends on the number of kids and the package you choose. Normally the party lasts 3 hours. 

 

Do you collect the next day?

Unfortunately, we do not leave any items overnight, once the party is over we pack all items. 

 

How does it work on the day?

We arrive before the start time to do the setup. We do half of the pamper session first then we give a break to eat, cut the cake, pop champagne. We then carry on with the second half of the pamper session and then we do the activity last.
